Hum - What Love Says…July 12
In the expression of contentment have you spontaneously chosen to hum? Have you felt a primal hum from within, a hum that reminds you of who you are? As you hum softly through closed lips, creating a vibration that gently and steadily moves through your body, what will you feel?
Purposefully and with loving intention, humming will empower a unique signature of wellness to rise. Humming with the intention of love becomes motion that vibrates and connects with the light of creation.
Rhythmic, repetitive humming creates a vibrational energy that supports the well-being of self and all. With focus and relaxed alertness, humming signals to your heart, body, and soul as you remember the primal hum of the creator and of who you are.
As a hum flows with soft, slow breaths through the music of your heart, wellness rises from within.
In the sweetness of any moment, you may hum with the following steps:
- Relax your mouth, jaw, and body; you can sit, lie down, or walk while humming.
- Inhale deeply into your diaphragm, and exhale slowly as you hum.
- Create a focused, consistent, and gentle hum.
- In breathwork of your hum, use your nose.
- Feel the vibrations and sensations throughout your body.
